Culinary Oroccoccoro Manifest Prologue Wine Dinner

Culinary Oroccoccoro Manifesto is aimed at bringing together art and Italian cuisine. As a pre-event to the global launch on April 10, sit down to this 12-course wine dinner by guest Chef Andrea Geni. Each course is inspired by each month of the year; some of the dishes to be expected are smoked scallop carpaccio with egg white mimosa, carrot panna cotta with salt-crusted shallot, lobster tartare with quail egg yolk and pan-seared pigeon with chocolate sauce.
