The meat specialists led by Chef Steve Allen are preparing a seven-course tasting menu this NYE. On the menu are roasted tomato soup, foie gras and smoked duck ballotine, avocado tempura, tuna nicoise, chargrilled strip loin, black olive-crusted halibut and an assortment of desserts.
