Elegantology CNY menu

The restaurant rolls out its exclusive Chinese New Year menu that includes potato Kataifi tiger prawn, double boiled melon broth with sea cucumber, sashimi salmon with plum glaze, capellini with herbal consommé and roasted chicken, and angus beef with braised mushroom amd broccoli. Book a date at the restaurant and you may just walk away with a bottle of Martell VSOP, Martell cocktails or vouchers from their fortune cookies. Note that the restaurant will be closed from Jan 30 to Feb 2.
