Fresh water prawns at Zuan Yuan

The Chinese restaurant at One World Hotel is cooking up a feast of fresh water prawns this March for both lunch and dinner. Their menu includes wok-fried fresh water prawn with superior stock, steamed fresh water prawn with XO sauce and glass noodle and baked fresh water prawn with cheese.
