The ongoing afternoon tea buffet introduces five new desserts served in a champagne glass – melted chocolate topped with gold leaf, raspberry lemonade garnished with mint leaves, strawberry soup, mango compote with chocolate cigar, and iced coffee with Chantilly cream and popping candy. The spread also features scones, hazelnut éclairs, lemon meringue slice, macarons, pistachio cake, strawberry mousse and a selection of coffees and teas.
