This menu serves dishes separately for the lady and the gentlemen. Female patrons will be served the foie gras terrine, petuna trout sausage with Madagascar pink pepper, duck confit spring roll and edible raspberry perfume bottle. The men will be served the poached foie gras, marinated petuna trout, veal and sage roulade and vanilla mousse cake with chestnut cream. The menu also includes roasted St. Marcelin herb salad and morello cherry jam for both.
