Lai Po Heen Chinese New Year banquet

For ultra luxe settings, Mandarin Oriental’s Lai Po Heen features private dining rooms with ornate chandeliers and warm mahogany tones, mimicking the homes of Chinese tycoons. There are three set menus for the reunion celebrations where one can savour dishes such as oven-baked blue river prawns with avocado cheese sauce.
