Time Out says

For ultra luxe settings, Mandarin Oriental’s Lai Po Heen features private dining rooms with ornate chandeliers and warm mahogany tones, mimicking the homes of Chinese tycoons. There are three set menus for the reunion celebrations where one can savour dishes such as oven-baked blue river prawns with avocado cheese sauce. There is also an upgraded dim sum menu and a dessert menu that highlights Osmanthus jelly and a mandarin orange sorbet.
