The restaurant will be serving three set menus that range in price and include yee sang. Highlights include crispy roasted sesame chicken with hoi sin sauce, steamed red snapper fish with golden mushrooms and fungus, poached corn-fed chicken with Hong Kong kai lan, wok fried lobster with spicy lemongrass sauce, and fried glutinous rice with crab meat, Japanese scallop and sea moss. Dessert varies in each set but don’t expect any less than chilled pear with bird’s nest, chilled durian puree with milk pudding and Mandarin orange panna cotta. If you care for something lighter, the dim sum menus promise elegant nibbles like braised money bag filled with sea treasures and wok fried garden greens, and steamed siew mai with baby abalone.
