The stunning sky-high restaurant will host a wine dinner featuring the gorgeous wines of the Clos des Fées vineyard. The five-course dinner will begin with a shellfish trio of mussels, oysters and clams followed by lobster and oxtail stew. The third-course is foie gras poached in red wine, then the grilled lamb fillet with black fungus potato tagine. The meal ends with red wine poached pear with goat cheese ice cream and sour cherry cake.
