Mezze New Year�s Eve menu

To begin, you will be served a shooter of fin de claire oyster with a Bloody Mary vinaigrette, then you may choose from their choice of starters including the crayfish bisque, salad of French mesclun with pan-fried almond coated goat’s cheese and terrine de foie gras. This will be followed by the mains that includes the options of linguini pasta of mushroom and truffle, baked duo of Scottish and smoked salmon, herb crusted rack of lamb, roasted stuffed guinea fowl and US Wagyu ribeye. End the meal on a sweet note with prune and armagnac parfait and angelic chocolate espresso mousse cake with chocolate-dipped strawberries.
