This October, Ming Palace is offering two specials- the Peking duck and Ching Yuen chicken. The duck is served with Mandarin pancakes, cucumber, scallions and Hoi Sin sauce while the chicken is made with Chinese parsley, wolfberries and Hsao Shing wine sauce.
