Good news for lamb aficionados – throughout the month of August, Prime is offering an all-special lamb dinner menu with prices starting from RM78++. Fresh, juicy and succulent, the milk and range fed Mulwarra lambs are sourced from South Eastern Australia, free from antibiotics and hormones and reveled for its consistent flavours. The star is the 8oz boneless lamb leg infused with thyme oil and grilled over hot charcoal fire. Other highlights include grilled marinated lamb ribs in spicy smoked BBQ sauce, and seared lamb tenderloin on semolina cilantro salad.
