Time Out says

The French restaurant is whipping up a romantic meal starting with the scallop tartare and porcini cappuccino with pan-fried duck liver. Continue with a blue lobster lasagna, with spring vegetables and a seaweed emulsion, and as your main, a revised risotto with monk fish, king prawn and melting squids. To end the meal with, have the icy raspberry and lychee souffle and a mandatory rose and raspberry heart-shaped macaron.
