Prego Valentine's dinner

Start with the pan seared foie gras and slow roasted figs and nuts with honey dressing followed by the rabbit and smoked Scarmoza cheese. As main, the restaurant is serving roasted whole spring chicken confit with potato, Marsala wine jus and black truffle. As afters, have the cream cheese strawberry dome with sesame tuille and strawberry coulis.
