PRIME Christmas menu

This five-course dinner is as grand as they get. Just as you settle down with champagne and tapas, prepare for a parading of premium meat in the form of Australian O’Connor Black Angus tenderloin with braised short ribs and maple-roasted parsnips. Other dishes include charcoal-grilled jumbo prawns with crab meat cannelloni, cranberry apple minced pie and warm panettone bread pudding. PRIME’s year-round a la carte entries are also up for order.
