In celebration of the book collaboration, Shook! presents a five-course gala dinner that both chefs will host, highlighting a heady combination of Asian, Austrian and German influences in each carefully-prepared dish. The dinner menu will feature exotic delights such as tartare of Asian meat crab, pan-seared red snapper, Mediterranean-style corn-fed chicken, duo of suckling lamb and pandan panna cotta.
