The buffet will feature more than 30 stalls, offering Ramadhan staples like sotong sumbat bakar, kambing tandoori, balik ekmek (Turkish fish burger), bubur lambuk, nasi kandar and the punchy sup gearbox that provides plenty of belly warmth. If you dine on a weekend, there’ll be additional dishes including siput sedut masak lemak cili padi and English braised smoked beef ribs.
