This Lunar New Year, Still Waters is offering two set menus; one of which is the Japanese/Cantonese menu and the other being purely Cantonese. Some of the highlights of the Japanese/Cantonese menu are the double boiled black chicken soup with dry scallop and herbs and the BBQ chicken butter teriyaki. From the Cantonese menu, try out the crispy golden cod with spicy peanut sauce and end with the chilled Mandarin orange puree.
