Sunday Champagne Brunch at THIRTY8

Every Sunday between the hours of 12noon and 3.30pm, Grand Hyatt's THIRTY8 will hold a champagne brunch with plenty of continental and local offerings that include local mussels and seasonal oysters, dim sum, eggs Benedict, carved lamb and wagyu beef. Over at the dessert counter, select from the range of sweets including chocolate chiffon cake, banana mille feuille, praline cheesecake and strawberry tarts.
