The newly rebranded restaurant is offering premium Chinese New Year set menus that don’t hold back on premium ingredients like abalone, tiger prawns and Boston lobster. Highlights are poached live tiger prawns,braised abalone with mushrooms and vegetables and baked big sea prawns with cheese. End with the double boiled almond cream and sweet pastry. À la carte options include stir-fry scallop with sweet bean and lily bulb, braised sea cucumber with mushroom and roast suckling pig.
