Choose from four set menus that feature wok fried tiger prawns with salted egg sauce, double boiled cordyceps flower with dried scallops and black chicken soup, glutinous rice with assorted preserved meat in lotus leaf and deep fried Chinese New Year cake with chilled coconut milk roll. A special dim sum menu (Jan 31–Feb 14) will also be rolled out so expect things like steamed dried oyster with fat choy dumpling and beancurd skin roll with enoki mushroom and water chestnut.
