Impress the dining partner this New Year's with this elegant menu. Start with a tasting platter of seared maguro tuna with remoulade sauce, roasted prime rib on toast with provencal oil and crumbed tiger prawn with almond tomato cream. Continue with a soup of cream of wild mushroom and porcini with truffle cream and gratinated prawn cannelloni with béchamel.
