Impress the dining partner this New Year's with this elegant menu. Start with a tasting platter of seared maguro tuna with remoulade sauce, roasted prime rib on toast with provencal oil and crumbed tiger prawn with almond tomato cream. Continue with a soup of cream of wild mushroom and porcini with truffle cream and gratinated prawn cannelloni with béchamel. For mains, you'll be served the confit of duck leg with rosti potato, mushrooms and dark grapes with a balsamic reduction and as dessert, a warm chocolate fudge cake with strawberry sauce.
