Chef Roy uses signature sauces made of fruit jams and juices to enhance the flavour of six varieties of yee sang sets ranging from salmon and tiger prawn, abalone and salmon, and softshell crab and salmon, with a vegetarian yee sang option available. Besides yee sang, choose from four choices of nine-course set menus starting from RM1,288++ per table of ten. Highlights include Canadian cod with garlic soya sauce, braised sea cucumber with dried oysters and black moss, wok-fried butter prawn with curry leaves and chicken floss, and scallop braised with black moss.
