In conjunction with The Week of Taste, Young Chefs Academy will be hosting two cooking workshops – one for adults and one for children. MasterChef Malaysia finalist Brian Chen will lead the classes.
Adults workshop, Oct 17, 3.30pm-5.30pm
Learn how to make three types of kuih: talam, buah Melaka and cucur (prawn, ikan bilis and vegetarian).
Kids workshop, Oct 17, 3.30pm-5.30pm
Children will learn some skills in making Malay kuih.
