Zuan Yuan Abalone Splendour

Abalone is Zuan Yuan's featured dish of the month. Diners can choose from six varieties: braised two-head abalone with fish maw and black mushroom, double boiled chicken soup abalone, stuffed abalone with shrimp mousse in Szechuan sauce, marinated sliced abalone with vegetable and spicy sauce, wok fried with shredded vegetable as well as braised ten-head abalone with fragrant rice and seafood in brown sauce.

Also on offer are traditional Chinese dumplings prepared using three cooking styles. Choices include pan fried dumpling with crab roe, poached dumpling with seafood in superior stock, steamed chicken with pumpkin dumpling, pan fried dumpling with minced mutton, poached dumpling with fish skin and steamed dumpling in Szechuan sauce.
