This Merdeka, Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant offers steamed cod fish with crispy ginger and soy sauce, oven-baked and pan-fried lamb rack with mashed pumpkin and dried shrimp and stir-fried Hong Kong kailan with scallop and sliced squid. For dessert, try the strawberry and choy sum sorbet, double boiled dried longan and ginseng root in coconut with peach jelly.
