This weekend, visit the South Court at MidValley Megamall to find out about the Malaysian Nature Society's latest endeavours. On Saturday from 11am-5pm, drop by with the kids and get them involved in the Nature and Arts programme, which includes activities like rock painting and nature collage, all for a mere RM5 donation. On Sunday, from 10am-10pm there will be an exhibition relating to the Paddle for Nature expedition around Peninsula Malaysia. Beginning 9th September, the programme aims to highlight the Malaysian coastline, its role in the country's ecology and the environmental hazards it faces. Come along and check out the famous kayak and the technology involved in this incredible 2000-kilometre journey. Kids can get in on some colouring in action and meet Mamat the Tapir, the MNS mascot.
