The German bar will once again bring in the malty-sweet Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr Oktoberfest Bier on tap, two of the six licensed beers allowed to be served in Munich during the Oktoberfest celebrations. To complement these beers, Chef Helmut will be whipping up five-persons Oktoberfest platters (RM280); they each feature Brotzeit's signature pork knuckle, lumberjack pork steaks, gypsy belly bacon, a trio of sausages, sauerkraut and potato salad.
Rest assured you won’t be drinking in silence as the Paulaner Musikanten will be flown in from Germany to perform during the two days, during which you’ll be encouraged to join in the song and dance.
