The DJ with the big, fluffy hair is back to run a new weekly at Vertigo. Mr.Fluff, also known as Bo Amir, is easily one of the biggest names in the scene right now. After all, he is signed under the renowned Vicious Recordings of Australia.
This DJ/producer/singersongwriter has been playing all kinds of music and doing all sorts of projects. From neo soul, heavy metal, indie rock to house and down tempo, Bo is undoubtedly talented. Under the moniker ‘Bedroom Sanctuary’, he even released an album a couple years back, and its star song ‘Lagu’ was one of the most acclaimed in the industry. Even with so much going on, Bo still finds time to be part of the very animated DJ trio, IMMA*BLEEP*YOUUP!!!.
This new regular night at Vertigo will see Mr.Fluff doing what he does best – raving the crowd. Playing a jumble of progressive, electro house and big EDM mash-ups with his originals, Bo’s ability to read the crowd’s expectations is impeccable. What’s more, his shows are always packed with energy, hype and live vocals. This weekend ‘riot’ could very well be your weekly must-go. Ian Loh
