The restaurant’s identity is clear; it’s all about interpreting good food in new ways, creating dishes that make you sit up and take notice. The set lunches are as intelligently made and satisfying as any in the city and the glass-walled kitchen makes for the perfect showcase of how a top independent kitchen should be run.
