Time Out says

Shang Palace recreates Cantonese food with a pinch of ancient Chinese grandeur, and the result is undeniably persuasive. Food here is imbued with sophistication – the mantao is never drab (it comes with marinated spare ribs); the prawns burst with flavour (go for the lemongrass sauce); and the beef is never run-of-the-mill (how about pan-frying it with some superior sauce?) You’ll find the same inventiveness in their dim sum selection: Fried glass noodles with seafood, steamed pork ribs and scallop dumplings with lobster meat are set to thrill.
