Taman Cheras food street

Taman Cheras’s (fondly known as Yulek) food street is backed by at least ten stalls selling a variety of dishes including char kuey teow, tong sui, pan mee and chicken rice. Residents around the area gravitate towards this street not only for the delicious food, but also for the jovial atmosphere and a sense of community. It’s a secret oasis in Cheras that provides a brief substitute for the more raucous Jalan Alor downtown.
