One of the most romantic restaurants in KL is whipping up an elegant French feast. Start with a gratinated oyster with champagne followed by mille feuille of foie gras, green asparagus jelly and orange tuile, and pan-seared scallop in sweet corn minestrone. Then, choose between the pan-seared cod fish, lobster emulsion and garlic puree or lamb tenderloin gratinated with pumpkin crunch and sweet potatoes terrine with garlic confit. End the dinner with amaretto flavoured chocolate heart with pistachio.
