Melting Pot Cafe's hazelnut butterscotch cake features four layers of vanilla sponge held together by generous spreads of pralinosa (a mixture of hazelnut paste and whipping cream). If that's not enough, the cake is fully coated in pralinosa, drizzled with butterscotch sauce and topped with roasted hazelnuts and almonds.
