The modern Italian restaurant will be serving up a six-course meal this Valentine’s Day. Start with the grilled watermelon with pomegranate, feta and mint, and baked lobster with carrot and spring onions with truffle mousse pate. Then move on to the salmon and zucchini cannelloni in béchamel with mustard and salmon caviar, baked parmesan herb crusted red emperor with tomato salsa, baby siew pak choy and balsamic glaze, or slow-cooked lamb short loin with anchovies and lemon with fava beans, foie gras and lamb jus. For dessert, have salted toffee caramel chocolate torte with strawberry and end with a cup of coffee, tea or Aperol Spritz.
