Time Out says

The handmade movement is gathering pace, and till recently KL had been lacking a space where art-and-crafters could congregate and sell their wares. (Central Market doesn’t count). Now Little Red Market, with just two installments under its belt, has provided that space where you can fall prey to the effortless charm of DIY home decoration, organic soaps, hand-stitched notebooks and kitsch knick knacks.

The past two markets have been held in a very swanky house in Bukit Damansara but founding duo Melissa Dioguardi and Sally Vanston have plans to move to a larger location soon, all the better to accommodate the waiting list of eager stallholders and the customers who packed out the first two markets. The vendors themselves are a mix of local artisans (familiar faces include Pieces, Oh & Ah and Petit Paper) and imported expats, selling handsewn quilts, quirky wall decals, paintings and aprons.

With over 40 stalls selling quirky handmade items and crafts, you're bound to pick up something cute for Mother's Day. If you're not much of a shopper, there are workshops and kids activities for the little ones to partake in.
