Catch Master Fromager Affineur Pierre Gay and chef-trainer Jean Michel Fraisse as they share the best cooking methods for cheese including temperatures and effects of mechanical manipulation such as shredding and grating. They will also share their favourite cheese recipes for aperitif, starters, mains and desserts. Course fee includes a Fromagerie Professional Certificate, course manual, CDR, lunch and tea breaks.
