Pesta WAO

The WAO (Women's Aid Organisation) Refuge has been offering shelter and counselling to battered women and their children since 1982. In lieu of their 30th anniversary, the organisation will be throwing a festival featuring a bazaar and musical performances. Browse the booths for clothes, trinkets, street food and even gourmet ice cream potong. Bring your friends and family and stay for the performances by Elvira Arul (pictured), KL Street Drummers and PJ Drum Circle. Vendors include Friendly Fashion, The Tin Men, Smooshie, The Potong, Moo Cow Frozen Yogurt and more.
