Girls of Glitter Gulch review 5 Users say 1/5 Rate it
Recently renovated to the shimmy of $3 million, this diminutive club is the only one in town located on a piece of prime real estate. The interior has been spiffied up nicely, and the proximity to Downtown's casinos is a boon. The small size makes it hard to blend in and enjoy a drink as the entertainers work the room for dances, but you could do worse.

My party of 6 (Including myself) were seated by a polite cocktail waitress and we ordered some drinks. Corona's were $10 a pop, but given the location, it wasn't too bad! We are Las Vegas locals and have been visiting this club a lot over the past 2 years, and have always had good experiences!
I haven't written a review until the events which took place last weekend.
Our party usually includes my wife and I, and three friends. (3 Males and 2 Females). We usually put a lot of money into the place each night through drinks and dances and have a really good time.
However, last week, we were seated close to the bar and the bartender (Bald head and Mexican origin - I didn't catch his name) was being overly flirtatious and aggressive with my wife. It was going on for 5 minutes, until I politely asking him to stop because she is my wife and we were married. To my nerve, he actually carried on and proceeded to make comments such as "I can't wait until your ring is gone". I was so angry at this, as a paying customer, this was VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! I asked to speak to the manager immediately and he said the manager was "Not around tonight".
Our party left the building immediately and I tried to call the place the next day to make a formal complaint, however, there was no answer.
We have had good experiences with this club, but the bartender ruined the experience for us, so we are taking our custom elsewhere. I strongly suggest you actually interview your employees properly and take a look at what they are doing (Rather than actually working).

I was ripped off here and it has turned me off Freemont from here on. I have spent alot of time downtown but wasted reno money on me from here on. What a joke I thought people only talked about but Gulch made it real for me. Wont ever be back
Brutal! It makes me so angry to see that other people have been ripped off the same as I. At the same time, it's good to know I'm not alone! I was held at the back, fought with and made to feel like a criminal for not wanting to pay their outrageous prices. The strippers got ahold of my credit card and were basically holding it hostage, while another girl distracted my friends so they couldn't help me. These women are out to take advantage of tourists. Don't get lured in by the 2 drink minimum. Stay away! Stay far, far away!
Can anyone confirm that destiny Thompson works as a stripper at glitter gulch?

Worst strip club EVER... Gross girls that harrass the crap out of you!
This place is a total scam. My wife and I had two dancers drag us off to a booth (in hindsight this was after they noticed my wife's $20,000 ring), dance for us for three songs, then tell us it was $35 each for 3 songs. Overpriced, but fine, except then they told us they had given us 9 dances even though we weren't in the booth more than 10-15 minutes.
They then teamed up to try and keep my wife and I away from each other so we couldn't communicate and wouldn't let us leave without paying. They overcharge you 20% to use credit card to deter chargebacks, and take all of your information including a scam of your thumb print (pretty obvious this is over-excessive to see through their scam). The management said there was nothing they could do about it. Another couple had the same problem while we were there. Basically, when you enter this place you are agreeing to be harassed, over-charged, and scammed. We negotiated down our price, paid and got out of there, now I'm just hoping they don't overcharge us more or have other scams going based on having so much of your personal information.
It doesn't help either that these two girls weren't even attractive, and the other girls in the venue weren't any better. One was drunk and falling down all over the place. Another dancer was over 180lbs, and the only other dancer we saw looked like a horse.
Lastly, I suggest you not believe anything the 'management' say in their comments responding to reviews online, they are trying to mitigate the reviews so they can continue to scam people. Find a different place to go - this place is likely to ruin your vegas vacation, especially if you go with your wife!
I agree with the texts below. The place is a high pressure ripoff. Even the hookers outside who propositioned me agreed that I had been ripped off in there. STAY AWAY!!!
i have to agree with the last post ashley..the place is a huge rip-off...STAY AWAY from the place at all costs if you value your money and sanity..thankfully I wasn't taken for 6 grand but I was hustled for about 6 hundred..the girls are pushy and prey on the guys who have had too much to drink..and most definately DO NOT USE THE ATM Machine..I made three withdrawls(i know i'm stupid) the 1st and 2nd for $200 and the 3rd for $100(after checking my acount later i saw there was and extra $20 put on the 1st and 2nd withdrawl and an extra $10 on the 3rd, not to mention the $2 transaction fee)..the place is a huge, huge scam(my brother was also there and like the preditors they are, the strippers seperated us and kept us apart, he was also screwed over and burned, but won't tell me by how much..
so like ashley, i'm going to do my best to spread the word to let people know to stay away from glitter gulch and put a review on every las vegas travel site i can find..also i work at an airport so believe me i'll get the word out to anyone i talk with as their traveling thru...
We went to glitter gulch because it sounded fun and we wanted something to do! The 2 drinks wasnt bad.. got 6 for 59.00! That isnt a bad deal. The girls werent too bad looking.. some you just HAD to laugh at. They were like piranhas though and I do not like that. If I want a lap dance I will ask for one. My honey got suckered into a lap dance with not 1 but 2 of the girls.. for 1 to 2 hours.. a portion of that was me trying to drag him out of there and the stripper and bouncer trying to keep me from talking to him... someone stole is iphone in the "vip" room... 6000.00 later he went home. Needless to say I emailed management because who the hell can spend 6000.00 in 2 hours at a shitty strip club like this? No answer from them except a lap dance and we have video and signed receipts from him. Then Rudy the manager told me to proceed that I need to file FRAUD charges on our credit card.. what a joke.
And to top it all off he had 2 martinis there (he wasnt drunk obviously) and magically doesnt remember what happened or how much he authorized there... can you say drugged.
My favorite part is the stripper actually FACEBOOKED him.. knowing I was his fiancee... make sure to keep your men far away from here and keep your credit cards at home and yes I am posting this on EVERY review site I can find because this place was a joke and will pursuing every complaint I can file against them.
