There are 100 varieties of champagne from which to choose at this longstanding hangout within the Paris resort. They're a better choice than the rather over-inventive cocktails, and certainly more authentic than the obligatory duelling pianists, who work their way through Parisian classics such as, er, 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' and 'Living on a Prayer'.
