Atomic Liquors review 2 Users say 3/5 Rate it

Founded in 1935 and located at the sketchy end of Fremont, this is a gem, from its cut-to-the-chase sign - 'Liquor' in huge white neon - to the cast of crims, bums and chancers who sup here. If you're looking for trouble, you came to the right place. However, although even the bartenders suggest that it's not the place for unaccompanied ladies, most of the barflies are harmless enough.

I always include a trip to the Atomic when I visit Vegas. A more-or-less friendly bartender, rough and ready but friendly customers, terrific jukebox, cheap beer - what more could you ask for?

I always include a visit to the Atomic when I visit Vegas. A bit of a dump, true, certainly down to earth, but a great glimpse of old Vegas, just drinkers, pool and a great jukebox.
