With opaque marble tables, one-way windows on to the casino floor and a sophisticated, ultra-modern atmosphere, Caramel seems less like a lounge than a private club. And that, naturally, comes at a price: $15 speciality martinis are the norm. As the night wears on and the crowds thicken, the swanky couches are reserved for parties willing to pony up about $300 or more for bottle service.
