Surrounded by 30ft windows, the lounge at Alain Ducasse's dynamic restaurant atop Thehotel at Mandalay Bay attracts locals with its impressive panoramic views. Mix also comes with the overly clubby feel that's attached to so many of the city's other towering venues. Its intimate atmosphere is enhanced by house and lounge sounds, though there's no proper dancefloor.
