Isla review

Treasure Island's rebranding from family resort to adult pleasure palace hasn't been wholly successful, but the dining is certainly a vast improvement. The reinvention has been led by Richard Sandoval's Isla, which really adds a spark to some of the old Mexican favourites (burritos, chicken mole) while also bringing a slightly Californian angle to some less familiar dishes. They offer an enourmous variety of different tequilas and will be happy to recommend the perfect cocktail to accompany your dinner or dessert choices.
