Cast images of McBurgers out of your mind: the burgers at this chic yet amenable spot are fresh, meaty and deeply delicious, especially once you've garnished them with your choice of toppings. (Veggie options are available.) Ironically, it took a Frenchman to reinvent this most American of meals: it's the brainchild of Hubert Keller, the chef behind Fleur de Lys.
