The idea at Fix, the first of the three sexy Light Group eateries in town, is to bring you the 'scene and the cuisine': rather than sequestering its cast of primped diners, it opens its classy, undulating interior design to the casino so everyone can smell the wood-fired surf 'n' turf. We suggest a lounge seat, a pomegranate martini, and salmon and caviar forks.
