Olives review Rate it

A revamp by Jeffrey Beers has breathed new life into Todd English's 'casual' Las Vegas establishment overlooking the Bellagio's lake. Boston-based English (the original Olives is in Charlestown, MA) keeps his 'interpretive Mediterranean' cuisine alive and well with such innovations as white clam pizza and butternut squash tortellini.
