The most intimate - and, some say, best - restaurant in Wolfgang Puck's Vegas collection, Postrio blends San Francisco and Venice to achieve a romantic atmosphere. Food fuses Mediterranean and Asian influences; seasonal specials include pan-roasted Vermont farm quail with sweet potato gnocchi, and Peking-style roasted duck with warm sesame crêpes. The desserts are a must: try the warm chocolate tart with crumbled toffee ice-cream and fresh raspberries.
