Mark LoRusso cut his teeth working for increasingly visible chef Michael Mina; you can tell, and in a very, very good way. While Mina reigns more or less supreme towards the south of the Strip, LoRusso's cultured take on American cuisine is among the best restaurants at this end of the boulevard, his kitchen displaying a real lightness of touch when dealing with variations on classic themes such as rack of lamb. A real gem of a restaurant.
