Le Cirque review Rate it

This Vegas version of the New York institution is overseen by Mario Maccioni, who grew up playing and working in his father Sirio's original. Chefs come and go at Le Cirque; some of the best in the world have passed through the kitchens of its various locations. But the unparalleled French cuisine and world-class service never change, and this incarnation has one attribute that none of the three New York locations could ever boast: views of the Bellagio's elegant Lake Como.
